Fall is in full swing, and as the leaves turn, the excitement at Harbourview District keeps building—literally! At Lumina, the finish line is in sight! We’re expecting the interior to be substantially complete by the end of November, with all cabinetry, appliances, and flooring set to be installed by the end of this week. By the end of the month, we’ll begin system testing to ensure everything is running smoothly. Civil work will continue until mid-November, and the final touches—like landscaping and exterior alignment—will be wrapped up shortly after. We’re aiming for December completion, meaning many of you could be ringing in the New Year from your beautiful new Lumina home!
