Linking Downtown to the South-End, the Harbourview District will become a vibrant, walkable community with greenery-lined sidewalks, roadways to accommodate bike lanes, coffee shops, boutiques, seating, and public art. Insulation on the fourth and fifth-floor is complete, with drywall, and tub and shower installation underway. On the bottom three floors, fireboard and insulation are underway. Over the next month, we expect to begin painting, flooring and cabinet installation on the fifth and fourth floors.

Preparations are underway at the Prospect site, with perimeter fencing installed, and demolition plans for the existing buildings underway.
