Lumina Project Update
We are actively working on the civil and utility services, with water, sewer, and sanitary lines tied into the city services. Additionally, Fortis BC gas lines are being run to the site, ensuring that all essential utilities are in place. Around the property perimeter, our team is diligently working on hardscaping and backfilling, preparing the grounds for the next stages of construction.
Inside the building, we have exciting news as well. Cabinet fabrication is set to begin next week on the 5th floor, gradually working its way down. Bathtubs and showers have already been installed, and final inspections for all rough-in services are scheduled for this week.
Looking ahead, the next month promises even more visible progress. The façade of the building will take shape, with brick finishes, railings, and paint on the hardy board, bringing the beautiful renderings to life. The driveway will be poured, and work on the new boulevard will commence. Inside, drywall installation will begin, followed closely by the painters. Cabinet installation is planned for the last week of August, adding another layer of refinement to the interiors.

The Station Project Update
We have some exciting updates for you on our Station project! Progress is moving swiftly, and we can’t wait to share the latest developments with you.
At the Station property, we have made significant strides in site preparation. Two of the three dwellings have been remediated and removed from the site, with the third scheduled for final removal in the coming week. This paves the way for the next phase of construction, we will begin forming the footings for the new parkade this month, followed by work preparing to pour the slab on grade for the building. Our construction trailer is now on site, and our dedicated crews are working daily to keep the project on track.
